At BigBaby, we take product quality and customer satisfaction seriously. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products (personal care and skincare), we do not accept returns once the product has been opened or used.
Returns are only accepted in the following cases:

You received a damaged product

You received a wrong product

The product was leaking or defective at the time of delivery
To be eligible for a return:

The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

The product must be unused and in original packaging

You must share clear photos or videos of the product showing the issue
Refunds
Once your complaint is reviewed and approved, we will process your refund.

Refunds are issued to the original mode of payment

In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI

Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days after approval
Please note:

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

Refunds will not be provided for minor packaging damage that does not affect product usage
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Opened or used products

Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery

Orders placed incorrectly by the customer

Products purchased during sales or promotional offers (unless damaged or defective)
Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped

Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible
